One client in Minnesota showed us her home for auction next season. It was still in good shape but frankly—it’s pretty hard to sell it these days. With its poor appearance on the outside, it was uh….unattractive. The client wanted to have external house cleaning she heard of, but was short of cash.  So we decided to take matters in our own hands. The sooner it’ll fixed, the better. The question is..how? I took a closer look again and damage was starting to show up. There is only one company that I can think of to fix this problem. The same trusted company that I’ve been using for the past three years. I called them up and they agree to take come down and see.

The man I talk to, suggest that annual pressure washing might as well be included due to its simplest ways to increase home value and a good way to prevent cost, time, and trouble for future repairs. The very answer that I needed! He even offered to climb the roof to see if there is anything broken or misses during our inspection. I am so thankful to their effort! They managed to turn this downright-house into something that is truly marketable.  Thanks to them, the house was sold after the day it started. All because of their genuine service.
