I saw a power washing company truck pull up at the neighbor’s yesterday morning and was wondering why they were having their house cleaned again so soon. The same power washing company had just washed the house about two months earlier. Little did I know that the power washing company also did concrete cleaning and that was what they were there to do, not wash the house.

I watched them pull their hoses around back by the pool area and start cleaning the patio and all the concrete that was around the pool. It had some serious rust stains from the sprinklers and the rust that was in the water. They somehow made it all disappear and look like it was brand new. I was really impressed with their job. I knew that when my neighbors got home, they would be happy with the outcome too.

I will have to remember to tell my daughter that I saw a power washing company do concrete cleaning and they may be able to do the same thing for her and her pool and patio area. I wrote down their name and number to pass along to her. Maybe she will call them and maybe she does not care about it as much as my neighbors but it needs to be done.

My father in law wanted to get something special for my mother in law for their wedding anniversary and asked me if I would help him go shopping. I told him that if he wanted to come over and shop online while the baby was sleeping then I could help him find something really nice. I knew that Prada and Gucci were her favorite brands and I would be able to find something nice.

Since he hated shopping and the mall, he said that it sounded like a great idea. I had a few things in mind before he came over that afternoon, and started checking out some of the sites I knew would have some really great things that my mother in law would like.

My mother in law has very expensive taste and I knew that if we got something like a Prada or Gucci handbags for her, then she would be very happy. I picked out four Prada handbags and four Gucci handbags that I knew would fit her style. I had print outs of all of them for my father in law when he arrived.

My father in law ended up choosing the beautiful red leather Gucci handbag and two of the very sophisticated Prada handbags for my mother in law. She loved all of them, and told him that he had done a very good job at choosing things that fit her perfectly. I let him have all the credit.

It is always a good idea to search for better car insurance rates every so often. Car insurance companies are very competitive with each other and that is a good thing for the consumer that is looking to save a few dollars every month on their car insurance premiums.

Car insurance companies have sprung up everywhere with the Internet over the past several years. We now have a car insurance company from a different part of the country. It is not like the old days when you had to pick an agent in your own little community.

The Internet has opened up so many good opportunities and have created a much more competitive market for the car insurance companies, bad for them but good for the consumer. You do still have to watch and do your research on these car insurance companies. You can get away with being covered with the State minimum but is that really the wisest choice?

A local agent will treat you better and will obviously be much more personally with you but in most cases they are also much more expensive. So it really comes down to your own opinion. Do you want to be catered to or do you just want the minimum coverage because it is the law?

I thought that if I could convince my husband to put in replacement windows then we would have the prettiest house on the block. He said that it did not matter to him if we had the prettiest house on the block or not. I was not happy with his response and called a Chicago replacement windows company to give us a free estimate.

This way we would know how much it would cost if I could convince him to have them put in. The installation only took two days and now my house is definitely the prettiest house on the block.
