My boss informed me that the servers were down again and to call the technicians in as soon as I walked in the door this morning. I was in such a good mood too and now am not. I knew that the entire staff was going to be crabby when they learned they would not be able to work on their computers till we got back online.

I had been pushing for the buying of used poweredge servers that had been refurbished but no one including my boss thought that we were to that point just yet for that. I had even taken the liberty to print out some used servers and their prices and hang them up in the break room in hopes to get some of the other employees on my side and start asking for the used poweredge servers to be bought too.

After the technicians came down and told my boss that he would be better off buying new servers, he told me to get online and order the used servers that I had been asking for and I did it very quickly. Since they will not be here until next week, the technicians got us up and running but did not make any promises that we would stay that way.

My only shot at winning the used hp servers from the computer store was to buy some more items from them. I think that there might possibly be about seventy chances in the box right now from all the parts I have purchased over the past year. I knew that they were going to draw the winner in December and with every purchase you made, your name was entered into the drawing.

I sometimes would purchase all my items separately to get more entries for the used proliant servers. I hope that in four days when they draw the winner, all the extra steps I took will pay off and I win the used hp servers.

My servers have been giving me trouble for a few months now and if I do not win the used proliant servers then I will almost definitely have to buy some very soon. The lady at the computer store keeps telling me that she does not know of anyone who has better odds than me. I sure hope that she is right because all the extra money that I am spending to get entries, could be going into the fund for the used hp servers I may need to buy.

I was happy to overhear a conversation on the subway last month, because it helped make my job much easier. I had been put in charge of finding a good guaranteed SEO marketing company and I had no idea where to look. My boss really wanted someone who was local but I really did not think that it mattered.

When the two ladies on the subway started discussing how great that the new organic SEO company was, I asked them where this company was located. It just so happens that this fabulous guaranteed SEO marketing company had just opened up about a month before and was so busy, that they were not even advertising.

I got the name and number from the women and they told me to mention their companies name and I should be able to get in to speak with someone. I called as soon as I got in my office and set up a time to go over some organic SEO strategies. My boss was very impressed with how quickly I had found a guaranteed SEO local company. I was just glad to have found anyone who can help us at this point, our site was really going to take some work and I hoped that this SEO company could do it.

My last job was for a company that sold items like wrought iron doors and iron gates. I worked there for ten years, before leaving. I was let go due to the low sales that were a direct result of the current economic times. I had seen hundreds of our past clients lose their homes and many more that I did not know. I was very sad to lose my job, but I understood it.

I had been named the top salesman of that company for three years in a row, when the times were good. In one month, I could usually sell fifty wrought iron doors and around thirty sets of iron gates. There were only two other salespeople at the store that occasionally would outsell me, and they were the owners. Every other salesperson that worked for the company would try and figure out how I did it, but they never did.

My big advantage to making all of those iron gates and wrought iron doors sales, was just because I knew the products, the inventory and the prices like the back of my hand. It did not hurt that I was just a fabulous people person too. I think that I was just born to be a salesman, some people have it and some do not.

When the rest of the internet companies are out there promising things that they cannot deliver, I send my people to Danny DeMichele. I have read everything about him and the proven results which are easy to track and know that my clients will get exactly what they are paying for with him. I do not know of any other internet marketing specialists that get the job done like him.

There have been four different internet marketing gurus that have tried to copy the Danny DeMichele model but they have all come and gone and now are probably flipping burgers somewhere. I do know that there are other companies out there that do what Danny DeMichele does, but I think that most of them try and gain so many corporate accounts that they do not have time for the little guys, who make up about ninety percent of my business.

I always include a little business card with my client’s bill for their websites that has the name, number and website address of Danny DeMichele so they can make the choice themselves after checking him out. I know that they would be fools to not use him, and so do they after reading about his proven tactics.

Our only chance of getting some different working poweredge servers, is finding some that have been refurbished back to their original state and are priced very low. Our technical budget is gone for the year and there is no way that we can keep paying to have the dell repair man come out and fix the servers we have one more time.

I truly believe that if we would have taken the money that we have given the dell repair man and saved it, we would have been able to afford a brand new pair of poweredge servers. Of course, this was not possible because we actually have to have the servers up and running to create the cash flow to pay for the repairs.

We do have some other ways that we may be able to get some new or used servers, but we will have to max out our credit cards to do it. We cannot come up with any other solutions to the problem and time is running out. All the managers are going to attend a meeting and vote on buying the poweredge servers with our credit cards, or just paying the dell repair man again when that time comes.

I was given a raise after saving my company more than twenty thousand dollars over the last four years by switching to a new internet based computer equipment supplier. We had previously used a local company because we thought that it was the right thing to do. After I sat down one day and compared the local prices with the internet prices, I just knew that we had to switch.

The first purchase that we made was for our two stores based in the south for some new xseries servers that we got for about forty percent less than what the local store would have charged us. This was the first of many xseries servers we bought for our stores.

The purchases that we made just last week were for some new system x servers, for our overseas offices, saved us over five thousand dollars alone. We used to have to purchase the system x servers from the local company and then ship them also. This way, we are saving tons of money right off the top on the system x servers and the internet company ships them for free to anywhere in the world. Just on shipping cost alone, we have been able to save three thousand dollars. The switch from local to internet was not an easy decision, but one that had to be done.

The interior painters finished the job of painting the entire house, two days ahead of schedule. This would mean that the carpet layers would be able to complete their work early too. I was so happy with the way that the interior painting company got done so quickly, that I gave each of them a fifty dollar tip.

They all thanked me and then cleaned up their materials and were on their way. I am thinking that the interior painters may have told the carpet company what I did, because they have been running around there like crazy trying to get this job done. I just wish that they knew that there is no way I can afford to give them all a tip too.

What no one seems to remember, is that when I hired the interior painting company, I told the gentleman who did the estimate, that if they could finish ahead of schedule that I would pay them extra. I guess that no one took me seriously and therefore, I did not have to hold up my end of the bargain. I would never have done that though because I never go back on my word. A promise is a promise.

My boss was telling the whole office a funny story about the time he worked for a window company. He was seventeen and his parents told him that he needed to get a summer job to help pay for his car and the insurance. He had no experience at anything, but knew his buddy’s father owned a window company and figured that he could get a job there easily.

He was right, getting the job was easy but keeping it turned out to be pretty tough. The first day on the job he was told to load the twenty vinyl garden windows into the back of a truck and take them over to the local humane society building. He loaded up what he thought were the vinyl garden windows and drove them over to where they were supposed to go.

My husband and I are thinking of starting up a home remodeling company in our town. I would take care of all the secretary type stuff and he would handle all the estimates and jobs. We would probably need to hire about ten guys who have knowledge in many different fields. We want our home remodeling company to be able to offer roofing, siding, plumbing and electrical. Of course if they have ever done any type of construction then we will be happy to give them a chance.

My husband got his first real job in remodeling when his dad let him come to work with him when he was about seventeen years old. His father worked for a Denver siding company that had been around for years. My husband said that he will never forget that day; he just wanted to learn about everything.

The Denver siding company also gave him a job when he graduated from high school and he moved on from there to doing inside home remodeling. He is very proud to say that he can wear many hats when he starts this home remodeling company. I hope that it grows to be a very successful business.
