My dad gave me a collection of old silver coin on my 12^th birthday. I didn’t know what to say and I told him that it is a very “unique gift”. He just smiled and told me that I will be able to use it “someday”. It took me 10 years to understand his words and the coins that he gave me proved to be very useful indeed. I started selling coins due to a discovery on the internet.

I saw an advertisement on the internet, that I can sell my old coins online. I thought that it was just a scam because “scams” are very common nowadays. When I told my friends about it, they confirmed that it was true. I weighed the possibilities and told myself that maybe I need to sell coins from time to time, to help me cope financially. It proved to be a wise decision and it was all I needed to get all the things that I wanted. I told my dad about it and he said that the coins are my responsibility and for me to keep.

There are a few things in life that I like to have. I really want to have a simple life with a simple home and have a simple family. But sometimes, things don’t go according to plan. I was doing well in my work when I’ve heard from my friends, that my parents are getting harassed by creditors. I called them to ask if this was true and they confirmed it. I took a day off from the office and visited them to know exactly what happened. They said that they were having problems with money and was afraid to ask for my help. I told them that they should have told me sooner. I might have done something to prevent things from getting worse. Although they flowers were from Holland and would not wilt easily if given the proper care, I was extremely worried that it look terrible on my wedding day. There was no point in arguing with the florist because it was her contact person from Holland who must deliver it earlier since the haze affected flights coming in and out of the country.
